Communication---Our unique, advanced computer system provides password protected homeowner website information which includes photo gallery of building process; access to project calendar so homeowner can see what is scheduled and what is happening on a daily basis; copies of all bills, draw requests and budget updates; exterior and interior finish work sheets; homeowner to do lists, and video updates.  This is all accessible anywhere in the world to the client with the internet connection.  We want equal comfort level with communication and process whether the client is local or out of town.

Efficiency---Efficiency is strived for throughout the entire building process - from administration to building techniques. We keep a very clean, organized job site where carpenters can then be more productive and efficient.  The dust collection and air cleaning systems result in less cleanup and a more healthy work environment. Our qualified team of subcontractors is responsive to our scheduling because we treat them well and maintain good relationships. Their responsiveness ensures that jobs keep running smoothly and efficiently. 

Budget---We provide homeowners with past and current information on prices applicable to the Jackson Hole market.  We help clients determine realistic category allowances based on the client’s budget and desired level of building quality and finishes.  The monthly budget updates correspond to draw requests.  The client is able to get online and login to his own webpage to view his up-to-date budget at anytime.

Responsible “Green “ building---As a member of the U.S. GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL, we offer options for whatever level clients can do from upgrading window efficiencies, to added insulation, to using FSC certified wood, recycled wood products, to using materials and finishes that have low or no VOC emissions, to upgrading to high efficiency appliances and fixtures, to building a fully certified LEED home.  There are green options and practices for every budget that do NOT sacrifice quality or design.
